JEFFREY L. LERMAN: At Lerman Law Partners, we handle transactions, litigation, and everything in the cycle of ownership, from the purchase of the property all the way through the sale. I've been involved in this area of practice for over 30 years, both as a lawyer and as an investor. I've seen all the different cycles. And so when a client walks to through the door, it's unlikely they're going to show me something I haven't already seen. And I can bring those decades of experience into focus for their particular problem. One of the things that sets us apart from others is that we've been featured on both national and local television and in various print publications. When something happens in the economy, it usually has some impact on real estate investors. So when a television or newspaper reporter calls me, they're looking for somebody who can explain things in terms that everybody can understand. That's why when Fox News called us, we were happy to help explain what was going on with both loan modifications, foreclosures, and how they affected real estate investors. When a client comes to us, we look at every client as a relationship that's going to last their entire life. Investment is a cycle.

And we want to be there as their advisor and partner to help them for every transaction throughout their career. Michelle and I actually both came from big firm environments. So what our clients get is they get that big firm value at small firm rates. And what my clients tell me they appreciate is that we don't overstaff our cases and they don't have some junior lawyer learning on their nickel.
